My niche is local, community-based businesses in MD, DE, VA, NJ, and PA that are within the home remodeling and construction industries.

  • Recruiting Coordinator

    2007

    My career in recruiting began when I worked as a Recruiting Coordinator for an online education company. I managed the backend of hiring over 3,000 employees within 6 months, every year.

  • HR Generalist

    2009

    For two years, I decided to transition my career into Human Resources, which encompassed recruiting, processing a weekly payroll, managing employee benefits, onboarding, new hire paperwork, and new hire training.

  • Corporate Recruiter

    2011

    It was invaluable learning Human Resources. However, I quickly realized that my passion lies in connecting companies with the right talent, rather than managing employees after they are hired.

    2014

    It was time for me to switch gears and challenge my career further by moving into agency staffing, also known as Headhunting. I worked a full desk of sales and recruiting for Fortune 500 companies.
